Patriotism

For the past - well, ever since this war started, I've been very anti-America, and now I'm ashamed of it for some reason. I realize I don't have to support the government and regurgitate that nonsensical propaganda if I don't want to. According to Mark Twain, "Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it." The US isn't a bad country, though the government's foreign policy leaves much to be desired. I'm not going to try to deny I'm American anymore. Still, those policies...

Also, a friend of mine may be joining DA soon. I passed down my secret Paint technique, so her art may rival mine. Yes, more competition! :D

I agree with that. Governments are not the reason for our love to our countries... I think they are completely out of it.

On my country - current government sucks. They are a bunch of disgusting idiots. But I still love my country anyways...
